    Design Center & Visualizer Tools

    Our Sales Center includes a Design Center where you will be able to see, touch, and feel all of the options we offer. Your Home Consultant will guide you through the design process. Additionally, many of our options and color selections are shown full scale in our Model Homes.

    Plan Your Visit

    A visit to our Sales Center and touring our model homes is truly the best way to imagine living in one of our homes. You are welcome to stop by any time during our operating hours. However, to get the most out of your visit, we recommend the following: 

    Make an Appointment 

    Making an appointment before your visit helps ensure a Home Consultant can assist you. Appointments are required for follow-up visits when you are ready to get into details of option selection and pricing. 

    Establish a Budget 

    If you have land and intend to build a new home, we strongly recommend having an initial “pre-qual” discussion with a local lender to run some basic numbers (income, debt, etc.) to have an idea of your budget. A “pre-qual” is just an informal discussion and is not a “pre-approval”, which requires verifications of income, credit scores, debts, etc.

    Browse our website to narrow down the homes you like the most and review potential options to customize your home. Our FAQs help answer most questions, but if you have more questions, make sure to write them down to ask our Home Consultants during your visit. 

    Focus on the Overall Vision 

    On your initial visit, your objective should be to get a basic idea of our homes and the process. You should also get a feel if Silverpoint Homes is the right builder for you. We recommend not getting caught up in too much detail of exact pricing, options, and color selections until future visits. We do recommend getting an understanding of how our model homes serve as a starting point and how you can change things to make it your own.
